1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Account Registration

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not use false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter.

bumi4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (KTP/passport), proof of address, and a selfie holding your ID for facial recognition verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using bumi4d services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of bumi4d or its parent company.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of bumi4d employees.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or had accounts closed by bumi4d for terms violations.
• Persons subject to bankruptcy proceedings or insolvency orders.

4. Account Management & Security

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying bumi4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

bumi4d is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

4.2 Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of 12 consecutive months, bumi4d may classify your account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from your account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied.

4.3 Account Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any pending bets will be settled according to the outcome of the events.
• Any remaining account balance (minus any outstanding debts or bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 7 business days.
• All bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bumi4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000
Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction (may vary by payment method and account tier).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits made during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays may be processed on the next business day. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7.

5.3 Deposit Source Requirements

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. bumi4d reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership at any time.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on bumi4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, subject to conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Withdrawals & Verification

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• All active wagering requirements on bonuses must be fulfilled or the bonus forfeited.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your legal name matching your verified identity documents.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after approval. VIP members enjoy expedited processing:

• Gold Tier: 12-hour priority processing.
• Platinum Tier: 6-hour priority processing.
• Diamond Tier: Same-day processing.

Bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times. E-wallet withdrawals are typically credited within 1–12 hours after approval.

Deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Attempting to use bumi4d solely for fund transfers without genuine participation in gaming activities will result in account suspension.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

bumi4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

7.3 Bonus Abuse & Forfeiture

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and potential account suspension:

• Placing opposite bets on the same event to guarantee wagering progress with minimal risk.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of a roulette spin).
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bonus terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance). Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited after the expiry date.

8. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bumi4d are governed by the following general rules:

• Bets are considered final once the "Place Bet" or "Confirm" button is clicked and a bet confirmation is displayed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
• In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a technical glitch), bumi4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• bumi4d's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. bumi4d is not responsible for losses incurred through gambling activities.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by bumi4d

bumi4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• Your account is suspected of being used for money laundering or other criminal purposes.

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

• All pending bets will be voided and stakes refunded (unless the termination is due to fraud or terms violations, in which case funds may be forfeited).

• Remaining account balance (if any, and subject to verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 days, minus any debts owed to bumi4d.
• You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts on the bumi4d platform.
